This is the Website Privacy Policy of the Official Sleeman Breweries Limited company website www.sleemanbreweries.ca and any other website owned or operated by Sleeman Breweries Limited Sites, which shall include, without limitation, the home page, splash page, and all other pages under the same top-level domain name, and all content therein (the “Sites”) as provided by Sleeman Breweries Limited (“Sleeman” or “we”).

WHEN THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES
This Privacy Policy applies to the users of our Sites. To its knowledge, Sleeman does not collect personal information from those under the legal drinking age based on the jurisdiction where our Sites are being viewed or accessed. Users will be required to confirm that they are of legal drinking age before accessing or viewing the Sites.

1. Through technology
When you interact with our Sites, we automatically collect certain information. For instance, the domain server for the Sites (the “Server”) collects and saves certain information logged by the Server, namely, the Internet Protocol Address (IP address). We use your IP address to tell us the date and time you access the Sites and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to the Sites. The Server may also collect the user’s age and their region to establish that the user is of a legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where they are viewing our Sites. This information is used to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of the Sites, to determine whether users are of legal drinking age, and to improve the user experience on our Sites.
2. Information you provide directly
Other types of personal information will be collected based on your interactions with our Sites. For example, if you choose to contact us through the Contact Us page, we will receive the- 2 – information you choose to submit, including your name, address, phone, and e-mail address and any other information you voluntarily disclose.
If you choose to apply for a job through our Careers page, we will receive the information you share with us in your application. In order to complete the application, you will be taken to Workday, our human resources vendor, and will be subject to Workday’s Privacy Policy, which you can find here: https://www.workday.com/en-ca/privacy.html. If you enter a contest or promotion, we collect your contact information and any other information required to administer the contest or promotion.
3. Other information
Based on your interactions with our Sites and information you voluntarily provide, we may also collect or infer certain information such as your buying preference, or age, also known as demographic or profile data.
